Shipping Policy

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship nationwide across Australia. All prices and shipping costs are listed in AUD (A$).

1. Delivery & Pickup Timeframes

  • On-Site Delivery: We aim to get your order picked, packed, and out the door as fast as possible. Once it’s on the truck, the estimated delivery time is 1–5 Business Days.
  • Same-Day Pickup: If you’re in a hurry, place your order before 10:00 AM and you can pick it up the same day—usually within 2 hours. Just wait for your confirmation email, roll into the yard, and we’ll get you loaded up.

Note: Keep in mind these times are estimates, not a guarantee. We’re on the road Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and if you’re in a regional or remote area, your delivery may take longer.

2. Shipping Costs: Calculated by Product Shipping Class

We keep it simple with a Flat Rate by Shipping Class model. Your shipping fee is set by the largest or heaviest item you’ve picked, so you’re never double-charged for freight. The final accurate price will be shown at the checkout before you pay.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Most orders are picked and out the door within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off: If you get your order in after 10:00 AM, we’ll get stuck into it the following business day.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), your order is our responsibility until it’s safely delivered to your site. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we’ll step in to make it right. Just let us know as soon as the truck arrives so we can get it sorted.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives in bad shape, grab a few clear photos of the packaging and the product right away. Please contact us or give us a buzz on +61 1300 071 250 so we can sort out a replacement or refund as per your consumer rights.
  • Lost or Delayed Goods: If your order is taking a wrong turn or is significantly late, let us know. We’ll get on the phone with the carrier to track it down and find a solution (whether that’s a refund or a replacement) as required by the ACL.
