ALL products sold on buildingsuppliesaustralia.com.au are new and fault-free.

Faulty Goods

If your gear is faulty or not fit for purpose, you can return it within 7 business days for a full 100% refund. We’ll process your money back within 2 days.

Change of Mind

If you ordered a stocked item but don’t need it anymore, you can return it within 7 days—as long as it’s unopened and in good nick. You’ll get your refund within 2 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies.

Pickups

If you need us to send a courier to grab the leftover gear, there will be an extra fee for the trip.

Non-Stocked Items

Items we don’t normally keep on the shelf (special orders) CANNOT be returned, so please check if your item is “stocked” before you buy.

All ‘Change of Requirement’ returns are at the discretion of Building Supplies Australia Network.
