Perfect for new or existing STC-rated walls, Baffle Block enhances acoustic privacy in offices, commercial spaces, and residential buildings. Installation is simple: compress the rolls to ensure stack stability and tight fit to all surfaces, up to 1m high. For plenum heights over 1m, specialist design considerations may be required.
Autex Greenstuf Baffle Block is safe for temperatures below 160°C and should be installed with a 200mm gap around heat-emitting fixtures like flues. This insulation is lightweight, easy to handle, and provides a proven sound control system for ceiling plenum applications.
